寄件服務
霍夫曼的玩具箱提供活動前後代收、代寄包裹服務，使用辦法與費用如下：
Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box provides parcel collecting and shipping service:
◉ 礙於場館門禁限制，無提供黑貓宅配代收、代寄服務。

✦每間社團最多可以寄 6 箱包裹。 | |
代收期限 | ✦台灣以外地區：活動前 30 天開放服務，最後寄件時間為活動前 10 天。 |
✦超過期限寄出的包裹，籌辦組將無法保證能於佈場日準時配送至指定攤位。 | |
代寄期限 | ✦活動當天下午 5 點以前，請將包裹妥善封裝後，送至會本部並填妥表單。 |
✦籌辦組工作人員將於活動後 7 天內聯繫支付運費、並以 EMS 寄回包裹。 |

Parcel Collecting Period | ✦Outside Taiwan: 30 days before the event. The last shipping date will be 10 days before the event. |
✦Please note that parcels ship later than the last shipping date might not arrive your booth on time. | |
Parcel Shipping Period | ✦Please carefully pack your parcels, send to staff center, full fill delivery form before 5 P.M. on the event day. |
✦Event staff will contact you for delivery fee and send back your parcels by EMS within 7 days after the event. |

包裹配送狀態請由寄件人自行追蹤。

如包裹未於期限內寄達，請寄件人自行與物流溝通。

包裹請務必妥善包裝，若於運送過程中有任何損傷，請自行與物流協調。

霍夫曼的玩具箱僅提供代收包裹服務，將不承擔相關責任與損失賠償。

Please pay your shipping fee in advance.

Please track your parcel by your self.

If your parcels do not arrive on time, please contact the carrier directly.

Please carefully pack your parcels. If there is any damages happen during shipping, please contact your carrier directly.

Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box only provide parcel collecting service, and does not take any responsibilities of shipping, or any damages cause by carrier during delivery.

服務費不包含運費。

代收包裹物流由寄件人自行選擇並支付運費，請勿使用運費到付。

代寄包裹物流將統一以郵局 EMS 寄送，霍夫曼的玩具箱籌辦組將根據包裹材積與重量預估運費並通知收件人，並於收到運費後的下一個工作日安排寄出。

包裹請務必妥善包裝，除非寄件人要求，霍夫曼的玩具箱籌辦組不會進行開箱檢查或重新包裝。

代收包裹配送狀態請由寄件人自行追蹤，代寄包裹將由霍夫曼的玩具箱籌辦組寄出後告知收件人追蹤碼。

霍夫曼的玩具箱僅提供代收代寄服務，若於運送過程中有任何損傷，霍夫曼的玩具箱籌辦組將不承擔相關責任與損失賠償。

Service fee is not included shipping fee.

Shipper must pay all shipping charges in advance. Please do not use cash on delivery service.

The carrier of parcel shipping service will be EMS by Taiwan Post Office. Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box Team will send through a shipping fee payment request according to parcel’s weight and sizes. Parcel will be shipped in the next working day, once the payment is made.

Please carefully check and pack your parcels. Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not open or repack any parcels unless shipper requests.

Parcel collecting service: please track your parcel by yourself.

Parcel shipping service: Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will send tracking number to receiver.

Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box only provides services of collecting and handing parcels to carrier, does not take any responsibilities of shipping, or any damages cause by carrier during delivery.
