參觀與購物須知

3 歲以上、12 歲以下之孩童禁止入場。

除導盲犬之外，所有活體動物禁止入場。

禁止於活動規定時間以前進行任何交易或排隊。

如有行動不便者，請向工作人員尋求協助。
-
社團入場票不可使用於一般來賓入場，一般來賓入場票不可使用於社團入場。
-
交易過程請務必與攤位工作人員清楚溝通並保持禮貌與尊重。
-
若有任何交易糾紛，請自行與攤位工作人員協調。
-
若遇攤位排隊情況，請配合攤位工作人員指示列隊、或尋求活動工作人員協助，避免影響鄰近攤位或場內動線。
-
禁止未經攤位工作人員允許進入攤位內、或將個人物品放置於其他攤位之設備或使用範圍。
-
禁止未經攤位工作人員允許，拍攝或觸摸攤位展示品與商品。
-
來賓若欲拍攝個別攤位，請先取得攤位主許可。場內一律禁止直播。
-
活動有官方隨場攝影師，會佩戴官方攝影證側拍紀錄活動，照片僅會使用於 霍夫曼的玩具箱 官方網站、網路社群軟體。
-
禁止於活動場館與週邊使用範圍兜售商品、發放廣告傳單、連署、或進行媒體採訪、學術調查、募款、以及任何涉及蒐集個人資訊之行為。
-
活動場館與所在園區全面禁止吸菸、生火、攜帶武器、交易危險或違禁品等違反中華民國法律之行為。
-
禁止自行增設桌椅或大型陳列道具、以及釘牆、黏貼膠帶、噴漆等破壞性裝置，違者將按活動場館管理單位之規定照價賠償。
-
禁止於場館內進行 Cosplay 換裝、表演、攝影等活動，Cosplay 服裝或道具長寬高任一邊超過 2 公尺者，禁止入場。
-
請勿阻礙通道、出入口、以及緊急逃生口。
-
請勿於場館內奔跑、推擠。
-
垃圾請統一丟棄於活動場館內的垃圾收集區。
-
媒體採訪、學術調查需求請於活動前 1 個月寫信至hoffmanntoybox@gmail.com

如因違反上述事項導致來賓無法繼續參加活動，來賓已支付之入場費用將無法退還、來賓亦需承擔一切可能發生之損害賠償或相關責任（包括但不限於和解金、訴訟費用、律師費用）與霍夫曼的玩具箱無涉。
為了大家的觀展安全＆現場通行順暢，請留意拖車尺規定。
可使用拖車限制如下：
《摺疊箱型拖車》

最大容量：65L

尺寸上限（不含拉桿）：長 39cm × 寬 32cm × 高 34cm。

超過尺寸必須收起後，才能搭乘電梯，且不能落地。
《露營伸縮摺疊拖車》

任何尺寸皆必須收起後，才能搭乘電梯，且不能落地。
-
攜帶上述兩種拖車之攤主，請主動搭乘貨梯。
-
為管控人流，貨梯僅供攤主搭乘，還請見諒。
-
Children over 3 and under 12 years old are not allow to enter the event venue.
-
All animals are not allowed to enter the venue, except guide dogs.
-
No queuing or purchasing behaviors are allowed outside hours of event schedule.
-
For people with disabilities, please ask event staff for support.

Vendor’s staff pass can not be used as visitor pass. Visitor pass can not be used as staff pass.
-
Please be polite, and also respected to both sellers and customers. If there is any argument, please carefully communicate with each other.

To avoid traffic inside the venue, if there are any queuing situations, please follow event staff’s instructions, or search event staff’s supports.
-
Please do not go inside any booth or put personal belongings on a booth table without vendor’s permission.
-
Do not photograph or touch any booth displays or merchandise without the permission of the vendors.
-
If you wish to photograph any booths, please ask permission from the vendors first. Live streaming is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
-
A photographer with badge, will document the event. Photos will be used only on Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box official website and social medias.
-
Selling products, giving out DMs, collecting signatures, or interviewing, researching, fundraising, or collecting personal information without Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box’ permission are not allowed inside or around the event venue.

No smoking, firing, carrying weapons, or trading anything against Taiwan’s laws are allowed inside or around the event venue.

Please do not set up any extra furniture or large display tools without permission. Any destructive decorations are also not allowed. If there is any violator will be charged according to the venue rules.

Please do not changing Cosplay outfits or doing any related presentation and photographing activities inside or around the venue. Any cosplay outfits or props over 2 m are not allowed to enter the venue.

Please do not block any aisles, entrances, and emergency exits.

Please do not run or push inside the venue.
-
All trashes must be collected and left at the trash collecting area inside the venue.

For press interview or academic research, please contact hoffmanntoybox@gmail.com at least 1 month before the event.

Please note your ticket fee is not refundable if you against above visitor terms and conditions. You might also have to compensate according to the cost and take the related responsibilities (including but not limited to settlement, legal charges, layer fee) Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not take any responsibilities.
For everyone’s safety and smooth movement at the event, please pay attention to the trolley size regulations.

Exhibitors using either type of trolley must use the freight elevator.

To control crowd flow, the freight elevator is reserved for exhibitors only. Thank you for your understanding.

Ticket Terms & Conditions
票劵使用須知

請 1 人持 1 票驗票入場，不得代驗票或代排隊。
-
驗票後，可憑手章多次出入場。
-
最後退票時間為活動前 10 日（不含活動當日）退票辦法請參照《KKTIX 代理退票辦法》說明。
-
所有票種（社團票、先行票、一般票）以超過票面金額或定價販售者、或以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購票，如經檢舉，霍夫曼的玩具箱將於取得完整資料後，作廢票券並取消入場資格，同時向主管機關通報。
-
票劵由於個人因素遺失，請重新購票。
-
抽獎劵為附贈禮品，不接受個人因故要求退換或折現。
-
先行入場票與一般入場票不可用於社團入場。
-
先行票排隊號碼手環不得轉賣、贈送、或交換。如有通報上述情況，被交易之號碼的排隊順位將被作廢，需等待所有先行票整隊完畢後，方可排入任何隊伍最末端。
-
先行票入場時間為 10：15 AM，可能因現場人流或天候等不可抗因素影響實際抵達場內時間。
-
先行票入場後、10：30 AM 開場前，請盡快尋找喜歡的攤位並開始排隊，不建議逛攤、嚴禁交易。如因此產生交易糾紛或損失，攤位負責人與來賓需承擔一切可能發生之損害賠償或相關責任（包括但不限於和解金、訴訟費用、律師費用）與霍夫曼的玩具箱無涉。

若因天候等不可抗因素導致活動延改期，霍夫曼的玩具箱將另行公告相關處理事宜
請注意：先行票僅提供優先入場於攤位前排隊之機會，不保證購買指定攤位或商品之機會。
部份參展品牌可能有自備號碼牌、抽選卡、或設有限購規定，詳細說明請參考 各社團／品牌網站 公告，並以活動當天品牌現場公告為準。

After ticket checking, you can leave and re-enter the event venue by an event stamp on hand.

The final ticket refund deadline is 10 days before the event (excluding the event day). For refund procedures, please refer to the KKTIX Ticket Refund Policy.

If there are any tickets (including vendor, advance entry, and normal) resold for more than its original value or fixed price, purchased through computers or other related equipment with false information or other improper methods. Once the complete information is reported to Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box, the ticket will be invalidated, and the admission qualification will be cancelled. The case will also be reported to the competent authority.

If your ticket is lost due to personal reason, please purchase it again.

Lottery tickets are free gifts, no refund or exchange into cash due to personal reasons.

Advance Visitor Pass and Visitor Pass can not be used for Vendor Entry.

The queuing number card of the Advance entry ticket can not be resold, given away, or exchanged.
If any above situations are reported, the traded numbers will be cancelled. The parties can only join the line and stay at the end, after all advance entry tickets holders finish queuing.

Advance Visitor Pass holders may enter the venue starting at 10:15 AM. However, actual entry time may vary due to crowd flow or unforeseen weather conditions.

After entering with an Advance Entry Pass and before the official opening at 10:30 AM, please go directly to your preferred booth and begin queuing. Browsing is discouraged, and transactions are strictly prohibited during this time.
Any disputes or losses resulting from transactions during this period must be fully borne by the involved booth owners and guests. Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not be held liable for any resulting damages or responsibilities, including but not limited to settlements, litigation costs, or attorney fees.

If the event cancelled or rescheduled due to national disasters or other majeure forces, Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will announce further information online.
Please Note: The advance visitor pass is only provide a priority chance to queue at your favorite booth. It does not guarantee the opportunity of purchasing specific products at specific booth. Also, some vendors might prepare their own queuing cards, lottery tickets, or limited purchasing rules. Therefore, please ensure you carefully check Vendor’s website or SNS updates. The actual purchasing rules will be according to vendor’s announcement on the event date.

所有票種將優先配發至下述售票通路，若售完將提前截止。

先行票 每人實名限購 1 張，超過 1 張將取消訂單，不予出票。

一般票不限購，但仍需實名購票。

Tickets selling period might be ended early if tickets are sold out.

Each person can only purchase up to 1 advance entry tickets with real name.
-
There is no limited for the normal ticket, but customer still have to provide their real name for purchasing.

Any orders purchase over the limited will be cancelled.
