連攤需求必須於遞交攤位申請表時一併繳交。
-
連攤社團請共同選出 1 間代表社團,由代表社團負責填寫連攤申請即可。
-
該社團負責人將為連攤申請之主要聯絡人。
-
繳交後不得更改連攤名單或順序。
-
連攤以 7 攤為上限。
-
不同攤位類別之社團不可連攤,例如:攤位類別都選擇 BJD 的社團可以連攤,但是不可與選擇 DD 的社團連攤。
-
若代表社團未能通過攤位申請,霍夫曼的玩具箱將告知連攤名單上其他社團,請自行討論並決議後,提供新代表社團與負責人聯繫方式給霍夫曼的玩具箱。

若代表社團未報名,霍夫曼的玩具箱將視連攤申請無效。
-
違反上述規定之連攤申請,霍夫曼的玩具箱將不予受理。

Group vending request MUST be sent together with application form.

Please choose 1 vendor as your group vending leader. The leader will have to fill in the group vending form.

The leader will also be the main contact of group vending request.
-
Group vending request can not be edited or cancelled.
-
Each group vending request can contain up to 7 booths.
-
Vendors in different product ranges can not fit in with 1 group vending request. For example: BJD and BJD vendors can be putted together, but BJD and DD can not.

If the leader's vendor application is not successes, Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box will contact the other vendors which are on the list to find another leader.
-
If the leader does not apply as a vendor, the group vending request will be invalided.
-
Any group vending requests against above rules will be invalided.

霍夫曼的玩具箱將邀請至少 300 間海內外人形玩偶相關商業品牌、工作室、社團、個人創作者參加 2026 年春日 & 冬日派對!
邀請對象:
海內外海內外人形玩偶相關商業品牌、工作室、社團、個人創作者。
商品範圍:
球體關節人形、膠皮玩偶、可動公仔、可動絨毛或羊毛氈玩偶、以及上述創作之相關配件與素材。
錄取依據:

原創作品將優先錄取,嚴禁二手出清。
-
與上述商品範圍相關之品牌或創作者將優先錄取。
-
報名請務必附上包含過去或計劃販售作品影像之
網站/網路相簿/社群平台帳號,以便霍夫曼的玩具箱了解您的作品。 -
請勿提供不公開社團或個人帳號予霍夫曼的玩具箱。
-
為保障入場購物之玩家權益,代表其他品牌或創作者參展請提供原廠授權文件影本。
-
如希望以聯名合作形式申請,需同時繳交同一份申請中,所有合作者之網站/網路相簿/社群平台帳號,但霍夫曼的玩具箱無法保證一起錄取。
曾違反或經檢舉有以下紀錄 1 次者,將不予錄取:
-
攜帶 3 歲以上、未滿 12 歲之兒童入場(含 3 歲及 12 歲)
-
攜帶活體動物入場。
-
攤位工作人員未於開場前回到原攤位內。
-
攤位工作人員於開場前有交易行為。
-
攤位申請成功後,無故未出席。
-
未經霍夫曼的玩具箱審核,私下轉讓攤位予不符合活動規範之品牌或社團。
-
未經霍夫曼的玩具箱審核,私下同意寄售或寄售於其他創作者或品牌之商品。
-
販售活動規定商品範圍之外的物品。
-
攤位名稱或販售品項與報名表單不符。
-
購買其他攤位之商品並於攤位上轉售。
-
販售盜版或侵害他人智慧財產權之商品。
-
販售違反中華民國法律之商品。
-
違反 攤位允許是項 或 禁止事項任 1 項。
攤位允許事項:
-
攤位使用範圍內可自由架設展示架、海報架、品牌標示等裝置,但須妥善固定。
-
可以拍照或攝影,但必須經過當事人或所有人同意。
-
參加廠商可自行決定收款方式(現金、信用卡、行動支付等)但交易過程請務必與消費者清楚溝通並保持禮貌與尊重。若有任何交易糾紛,請攤位工作人員自行協調並負責。
-
參展攤位可自行決定販售方式(先到先得、抽選販售、競標販售等)但必須遵守霍夫曼的玩具箱先行票入場與排隊規則,以保障持先行票入場之來賓的基本權益。如因參展攤位自行公告或調整之販售方式造成消費糾紛,請攤位工作人員自行協調並負責。

垃圾請統一丟棄於攤位垃圾袋內、並於撤場時放置於垃圾收集區。
-
若遇來賓排隊,攤位工作人員請主動整隊、或尋求活動工作人員協助,避免影響鄰近攤位或場內動線。

媒體採訪、學術調查需求請於活動前 1 個月寫信至 hoffmanntoybox@gmail.com

若發現違規情況,請務必告知活動工作人員,以便協助處理。

攤位工作人員若違反活動規則,請配合活動工作人員撤出會場。

如因違反上活動規則導致攤位無法繼續參加活動,攤位費用將無法退還、攤位負責人亦需承擔一切可能發生之損害賠償或相關責任(包括但不限於和解金、訴訟費用、律師費用)與霍夫曼的玩具箱無涉。

Product Range:
Ball-jointed Doll, PVC Doll, Action Figures, Action Stuffed Toys or Wool-felting Figures, and related accessories or materials.
A Successful Application Must Be:

Original works will be given priority and second-hand items are strictly prohibited.

Belonged or related to above product range descriptions.
-
Provided a web address or SNS IDs which contain applicant’s pass works or future plan.
-
Please do not provide any private online group or personal ID.
-
For protecting customer’s rights, if you are representing other artist or company, must provide an official authorized letter or document.
-
If you would like to apply for a collaboration project, must provide all member's website or SNS IDs under 1 application.
Applicant with any below records will not be accepted:
-
Try to bring a child over 3 and under 12 years old in to the event venue.
-
Try to bring live animals in to the event venue.
-
Staff did not go back to the original booth before the event officially started.
-
Staff had sold or bought products before the event officially started.
-
Did not show up for unknown reason.
-
Transfer booths without informed or consent by Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box
-
Merchandise from other artists or brands has been privately agreed to be consigned or consigned but without review by Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box.
-
The actual selling products are different with application form.
-
Purchased and resell other vendor’s products at your own booth.
-
Selling recast or any products which violating the rights of others..
-
Selling products which against Taiwan’s laws.
-
Violated any of THINGS ARE ALLOWED TO DO or THINGS DO NOT DO.
THINGS ARE ALLOWED TO DO

Set up displaying or poster stands, brand logos inside your own booth space. But please ensure to fix them carefully.
-
Taking photos or video. But please ask for a consent in advance.
-
Decide your own payment methods (Cash, Credit Card, APPs) but must ensure to communicate with your customers carefully. Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not be able to take any responsibility if there are arguments from customers.
-
All trashes must be putted into the trash bag and bring to the collecting area when event finishes.
-
Decide your own selling methods (first come first get, lottery, biding, etc.) but must follow Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box's advance visitor pass rules, to protect the right of advance visitor pass holders. If there is agreement caused by your selling methods, Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box will not able to take any responsibilities.

Vendors must maintain the queue in front of your booth, or request supports from Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box.

If any violations are identified, please notify the event staff immediately for assistance.

If booth personnel violate the event rules, please cooperate with the event staff and vacate the venue.

If a rule violation results in the termination of booth participation, the booth fee is non-refundable. The booth representative shall be liable for all resulting damages and costs (including but not limited to settlements, legal fees, and court costs); Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box shall bear no responsibility.

活動當日 8: 30 A.M. – 10: 00 A.M. -
超過 10: 00 A.M. 請按工作人員指示至一般入場劵隊伍排隊購票入場。

一般攤位:請在工作人員全部到齊後,憑申請時提供的攤位負責人手機號碼、攤位負責人有效身份證件,至攤位報到處換票入場。

商業攤位:請在工作人員全部到齊後,憑攤位編號、申請時提供的攤位負責人有效身份證件,至攤位報到處換證入場。

Vendor Check-In Time:
Event day 8: 30 A.M. – 10: 00 A.M. -
Vendors arrive later than 10: 00 A.M. will have to go by visitor entrance and purchase ticket again.

Normal Vendor: Please provide phone number, valid ID at the Check-In desk after all your staffs are arrived.

Premier Vendor: Please provide booth number, valid ID at the Check-In desk after all your staffs are arrived.

攤位一經申請成功,將無法接受任何個人因素取消或退款,但可接受 1 次攤位轉讓申請。
-
攤位轉讓仍須經過霍夫曼的玩具箱按錄取依據審核,若接受轉讓的攤位不符合活動規定、或『曾經有違規紀錄』,霍夫曼的玩具箱有權退回轉讓申請。
-
如因天候等不可抗因素導致活動取消或延期,霍夫曼的玩具箱將另行於網站和社群平台上公告相關處理事宜。
提出轉讓申請前,請注意:
-
接受轉讓的社團須經過重新審核。
-
嚴禁私下轉攤。
請注意!
考量攤位審核之時間成本、以及影響其他申請者之參展機會,如有超過 1 次攤位轉讓或個人因故未出席之紀錄,將影響未來錄取機會。

Booth and additional service fees are not cancellable or refundable due to personal reasons, however, could be transfer to other vendor for once.
-
The transfer of the booth must still be reviewed by Hoffman's Toy Box based on the admission basis. If the booth accepted for transfer does not meet the event regulations or "has a record of violations," Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box has the right to return the transfer application.

If the event is cancelled or delayed by national disasters or other majeures, Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will announced the solutions on the event websites and SNSs.
Before submitting a transfer request, please note:

The transferee must undergo a re-evaluation and approval process.
-
Private or unauthorized booth transfers are strictly prohibited.
Please note:
Considering the time cost of the review process and the impact on other applicants' opportunities, any record of more than one booth transfer or failure to attend the event will affect your future admission status.
